And here's my take on it:
I coloured the image with copics and my design paper was from Basic Grey's Origins line. I used a cuttlebug embossing folder for the yellow strip in the background and a fiskars border punch for the yellow scallop piece. The Happy Mother's Day sentiment is a Making Memories rub-on. I'm not usually a big fan of making Mother's Day cards since my mom passed away many years ago now and it is still a hard day for me. I will pass this along to my sister to let her know what a great mom I think she is and to let her know that I know our Mom would be super proud of her and the way she takes care of her boys!
On another note in case you weren't aware: The Stamping Boutique Blog is now hosting their own challenges every two weeks! You can check it out on the challenge blog and play along for your chance to win some great TSB images! I just checked out the store and there is more fabulous new images including one I can't wait to get my hands on just in time for Easter: Cynthia's Fairy Basket!
